Who owes a reply
Each enquiry shows whether the reply is yours or theirs, so nothing waits on you by accident. Enquiries sit under Needs you now, Quoting, Waiting on them and Not proceeding.
A checklist for every enquiry
Logo, mock-up received, mock-up sent, info collected, colour finalised: tick them as they happen. The checklist is yours to rename and reorder.
Files and photos travel with the job
Photos of the mock-up and the finished work stay with the enquiry, and cutting files live on the job, up to 100 MB each.
Paid, then on the board
Mark an enquiry as paid and it becomes a job in your Custom Orders section, with its details, checklist and photos.
Job sheets, packing slips and invoices
Print an A4 job sheet for the bench, a packing slip without prices, and a numbered invoice with your business and payment details.
