Last updated 18 October 2026. This notice covers ordertrack.co.uk and its Request an invite form.
Who we are
ordertrack.co.uk is the website for ordertrack, the order board for ecommerce workshops. For anything about your data, email contactus@ordertrack.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you type into the Request an invite form: your workshop’s name, your name, your email address, what you make, where you sell, roughly how many orders you get a week and any message. Our server also uses your network (IP) address to limit how many requests one connection can send, so the form can’t be flooded. It keeps only a one-way scrambled form of that address, never the address itself, and clears it after an hour.
Why we use it
To decide whether to invite your workshop and, if we do, to set it up and send you the invite. We don’t use it for marketing and we don’t share it with anyone else.
Our lawful basis
Legitimate interests: you’ve asked us for an invite, and we need these details to answer you.
Where it’s kept
Your request is stored in ordertrack’s database with our provider Supabase, hosted in the EU (Ireland). The website itself is hosted by Hostinger (Netherlands, EU); like any web server, it keeps short-lived access logs.
Who sees it
Only the ordertrack operators who review invite requests.
How long we keep it
If we invite you or decide not to, your request is deleted 90 days later. Any request is deleted 12 months after you sent it, whatever happened to it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your request, or object to us using it, by emailing contactus@ordertrack.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Its fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Signing in happens on app.ordertrack.co.uk, which uses a cookie to keep you signed in.
